The White Maw pirates scavenged cargo manifests from downed ships in the Starship Graveyard to gather information on the cargo locked away in the ice. Republic recon droid

came into the area, the droid relayed all gathered data to them along with the orders from the Republic command - defeat the White Maw droid forces, track down and retrieve the primary manifest data, then destroy any backup databases to guarantee that the White Maw is deprived of any additional starship cargo manifests.
The operatives acknowledged the orders and went on a mission. First they took out several heavy weapons droids

and took over the scavenging data collected by them. Having cleared the area of the droids, the operatives proceeded to destroy the White Maw's backup databases at Frostwake Hills to eliminate any additional information sources. The area was swarmed by a ragtag band of Grans

of the White Maw and their droids. The operatives killed many of them and destroyed all four computers in the vicinity, assuming that this was where the backup databases were stored.
According to the backup logs inside one the computers the emergency backup was stored in the Master Backup Data core of Cold Assault Point Defense Droid

. The operatives hacked into the control computer and sent a signal to the droid. Moments later the droid arrived, and after destroying it, the operatives removed the central core from its wreckage.
They returned to Outpost Zerek and handed over the data core to Republic authorities.
